Terms

Secret Kringle is a free tool for running gift-exchange name draws. By using it you agree to these terms.

Using the service

Only add people who'd expect to be included in your draw, and don't use Secret Kringle to send spam or anything unlawful. Private links work like keys: anyone with a link can see that page, so share links only with the person they belong to.

Affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate, Secret Kringle earns from qualifying purchases. Amazon links on our pages (including links people paste into wishlists) may carry our affiliate tag. This never changes the price you pay. Purchases are between you and the retailer.

No warranty

We work hard to keep things running, but the service is provided "as is". We aren't liable for missed emails, lost wishlists or gifts that weren't quite right.
